Returns Policy

Please read our return policies below for issues with ordered items, incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please check your order prior to checkout to ensure sizing and items are correct. Should you notice a mistake in your order once you have completed checkout or when reviewing the order confirmation email please email us ASAP and we will endeavour to update your order as needed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and endeavour to sort out the issues as soon as practicable.

Exchanges or Refunds
All our product pages have clear instructions to determine the correct size of a product based on clothes which you already own. If you are unsure of your size, please check based on these guides. Our products are printed onto AS Colour Products, so if you already own an AS Colour product our sizing will be consistent with this. As BehindBarsCo operates on a print on demand basis and we provide clear instructions for determining the size we do not offer exchanges. Should you have an issue with your sizing we can offer a significant discount on a replacement product. Please email us and we will provide you with the discount code.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind as BehindBarsCo operates on a print on demand basis.
